Anna Zaidman is a composer, pianist, and choir conductor. She holds a dual degree in piano performance and music education from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, where she studied under the guidance of Professor Vadim Monostrirsky, with the accompaniment of Professor Shenderovish.
A Lauriat in piano competitions, she has participated in various master courses with world-famous pianists including Professor Alexander Korsantia, Professor Alexander Tamir, Professor Bracha Eden, and many others. She has performed both as a soloist and chamber performer in Russia, Ukraine, Israel, U.S., and Canada.
Originally from Ukraine, Zaidman began her music education at the age of 3, attending professional music programs in her hometown and neighbouring cities where she discovered her passion for music. The artist currently works as a collaborative pianist at the University of Windsor and the Choir Conductor and Director of Roseland-Trinity United Church, who is also a former accompanist at St. Claire College.
She runs a private piano studio, primarily providing piano lessons to ages ranging from toddlers to adults. Her students have won prizes in piano competitions and music festivals.
In February 2019, Zaidman expanded her business online where she consistently composes and shares her own original pieces, accompaniments, and music covers on YouTube and Spotify. Her original compositions have been purchased by listeners and musicians from around the world. She has even composed for several films, and continues to do so.
Zaidman currently resides with her husband, daughter, and son, in Windsor, Ontario, where she remains an integral part of its musical community.
