Empress Asha
Bringing the island flavour to London! Asha is a dancehall reggae artist as well as DJ that has been bringing positive vibes to London Ontario and surrounding area for many years. In 2017 she started her reggae band Soulfyre; the band started filling up and selling out venues within months of setting out on their journey.  The band was renamed to Empress Asha & the Soulfyres and has continued to perform regularly. In 2020 the band was highlighted on CTV, made several radio appearances, and performed on London’s Got Talent. Recently, Asha has also started a solo career in dancehall spinning and spitting her boss gyal riddims. Asha is currently in studio working on her newest album called Ghetto Gyal Yardie, which is set to be released in 2021.
